Ahhhhhh....I'm in my happy place. I just completed my RSBM for the week (roll, stretch, breathe and meditate). It's one of my favorite workouts to do as it's the polar opposite of the high intensity strength & conditioning I love to do. It's like my own little spa day, though I don't think I've ever been in a spa, and today was a double bonus because I found a Pandora meditation station called "Meditation by the Sea".
