Hi Friend!



So do you think it's going to snow tomorrow? Stephanie asked me if I thought I'd get to practice my shovel throws tomorrow and boy did it make me miss Medicine Ball Shovel Throws. This phase we'd be doing back to wall shovel throws and boy are those fun! :-)

Soon enough. The vaccine is on the way.




Record Week

Monday begins are final 2 weeks of our training year. The first week will be record week #1 and you'll look to set personal records at the bell or slightly after (finish your set, but don't start a new set). The 2nd week you'll look to match your PR and finish before the bell or set a new PR at or slightly after the bell.



Either way, it should be a very energizing, fun and an exciting finish to your CYBBC training year. You'll be peaking for Holiday Hotness and you'll be Winter Sports Ready (at least general conditioning wise). Do the best you can with your 4 for 4's (sleep, meals, exercise and nutrition), so you can win each day and present your best self to it.

*we were more efficient in the warm up and I didn't coach as great during so we didn't always get the full conditioning in.
