Anyone like French Macaroons?


We had those at the party, they were good and they were $3/cookie.  I found these at Costco for $0.41/cookie.  I don't know which is a better value, but if I was having a hankering for macaroons, I think Costco would be my preferred choice so I could get my fill.  At the Bastille party, I was actually content with my 3 items, so I guess in that scenario 3 was the magic number. 



Speaking of the Party.  Many people said they'd like to get together more than every 5 years.  In fact, many people said, they'd love to get together every year.  Many people also have said they'd love to train for events together.  Well, I sent out 3 surveys last week.  All short.  <4min per survey.  Did you finish ALL 3 and share your feedback?

Week 3 - Record Week!
This week we'll do the full workout.  I won't formally do any workout demonstrations outside of the warm up.  I'd be more than happy to show you an exercise you'd like a demo for, so please ask.  Otherwise, I'll help to steer you in the directions you need to go, but I'd like to see you use your cards and your brain to remember where to go and what to do.  



The first time you do a workout this week, you should get a lot of PR's.  The 2nd time you do the same workout this week (if you get to do the same workout twice this week), you'll have to chase PR's to get a PR.  PR's = Personal Records!

Last week we rocked out to "It's Tricky" by Run-DMC and flashed back to the glory days of Z-Cabrici's, Chest King and Shoulder Pads.  If you have any songs old or new that are fast and get you fired up to train, dance, run or play sports and you think it'd be perfect for boot camp, let me know.  I'll add it to the playlist.  





Cardio Minutes - Week 2
We earned 23 minutes per workout last week.  46 for 2-days and 69 for 3-days.  This week we'll get 24minutes per workout.
