Woo hoo. Way to go Mother Nature, finishing strong with 80 degree weather on the last weekend of summer. I'll take that.
Speaking of finishing strong.
Q3, P10, Week 4 Next week marks the last week of our summer quarter and the first, "4th week" of our 16 week straight stretch. This is when the getting is best! Last week of a quarter, specifically, a 4 phase quarter. Your body and you know what to do so you can simply go out and train. Rest up. Eat good food, not too much. Move and visualize a great week of training, living and being. This week can really set up your measurements (Sat, 9/28), your fall and your next year if you so choose. As Eminem says in the track, Lose Yourself, "Can you Capture it..."
Cardio Minutes - Week 3 You earned 29 minutes / workout this week, 58 for 2-days and 87 minutes for 3-days. You've got until Sunday to hit your cardio goal. You can do it!
