Tomorrow's the 1st workout of our Fenway Spartan Training Plan. It'll be at least 90 minutes including warm up & cool down of an extremely satisfying, sense-of-accomplishment and possibly energizing workout experience (you may be whooped afterwards instead of energized). The 90minutes should be longer than your entire Fenway Spartan Race. Rolling will be on your own either at home or in the parking lot prior to our start time. I'll be bringing the V's so you can swap crusty-eyed, bed-head haired, hello's.
Harvard Stadium 7-9:30am, Sun, Oct 11 (~$35 value) be early
Please dress for the weather:
- moisture wicking base layers (shorts & t-shirt)
- thermal / wind layer (long sleeve jersey or jacket, pants).
- sneakers
- water
