Happy 1st day of April! Wow. 3-months done. Can you believe it? Guess we better keep living our lives because life's gonna keep moving forward whether we choose to or not.
Photos And, how about that party if you were there. Amazing. Vanessa and I agree that talking about the party and reliving it might be more fun for me than actually going through it the first time. I don't yet have the photos, but if you do, please share them with me and I'll share them with the group.
Recovery I haven't recovered from the week, but I sure feel filled up with good stuff and boy did I have fun with everyone there. There are so many favorite parts I can't wait to hear about your experience.

12 Week Conditioning Plan Saturday we did a CYBBC High Performance Sprint Workout and I taught you some of the latest things I've learned in regards to rolling, breathing, stretching and muscle activation as well as a dynamic warm up you could use before any running workout and how to use your heart rate for recovery. Attached is the 12 week plan for it. This is the one I reference to last year that Ricardo tested. He loved it and it helped him in his sports.
