Dear Canadian Warplane Heritage Members,
We are pleased to announce that despite the challenges presented to our museum and community at large from the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be holding the Annual General Meeting, originally scheduled for last March, on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 11:00 am.
The meeting will be held in the hangar complex to comply with all existing health and safety directives mandated by the City of Hamilton and Province of Ontario.
As such, a new Proxy form is required to be distributed for this Annual General Meeting and is provided should you wish to print it out, fill in the Proxy form, and return your completed Proxy either by e-mail, fax, in person at the museum, or by regular mail.
Your cooperation and support in this matter is greatly appreciated.
