In 1998 Jeff Bezo’s wrote a letter to his shareholders.
That letter started strong... (I'll paraphrase because not all the information is necessarily relevant…)
“ ... by year-end, we had served more than 1.5 million customers,
yielding 838% revenue growth... “
838% revenue growth in a single calendar year!
Want to know how?
In just a moment, Jeff’s “backdoor secret” will finally be revealed.
Although hidden in plain sight, most fail to see how Amazon went from a tiny company in Seattle, Washington...
… to the largest company in the world, in just a few decades.
If we look back to Amazon’s first few years in business they had one mission:
Offer books online to anyone in the world... and why?
From the same letter to shareholders from 1998:
“Amazon.com uses the Internet to create real value for its customers and, - hopes to create an enduring franchise.”
The truth is, Amazon focused solely on books until they became the largest bookseller in the world.
Then, they began to offer more items their customers wanted.
Where most of the world focuses on their expansion, the backdoor secret is in their foundation.
Amazon became the best in one category.
Then they went out to dominate other categories one by one knocking over each domino as they entered the market.
My question to you is this: What’s the one category you’re going to dominate?
HINT: It doesn’t have to be unique.
Amazon sold books, so did book stores.
Suggestion: Freelance marketing/Affiliate marketing
Regardless of the amount of new people entering the market, it will never be too crowded because new products are being created every single day.
And the best part is, once you dominate one niche inside of freelance marketing... you can expand, just like Bezo’s did with Amazon.
The sky is truly the limit!
What you do with this newly found “backdoor” secret is totally up to you.
If it was me?
I’d go all in!!
To your success,
Cara
