Summer season is coming to a close, it has gone by so fast. Hope you are taking time each day to soak in the rays! Donât let back to school, daily schedules get you off track. So important to take care of your body and mind!
I love to look at mother nature and wild animals to find the beauty that lies within routine and regimens. Predictable and repeatable routines help our bodies and minds thrive, feel safe and accomplish more! I find that if I stick to my morning routine, Iâm able to stay focused throughout the day and eventually the routine becomes a lifestyle. My morning starts with a good workout and my Calibr8 /Trin8ty blend during my workout! Right after my first sip I feel my mind brighten up, such a great feeling!
Here are some other fun ideas to create a morning routine:
Simply say thank you & smile when you put your feet on the floor as you get out of bed! Start the day with a bed that is made, and a splash of water on the face. This wake-up routine makes sure you are starting the day fresh! Make your Clar8ty drink and take 5 minutes to read a few pages in a book to better yourself. Maybe it's a devotional, a bible, a book of Faith, a motivational book or a textbook that you are studying! Move your body for 20 minutes: walk, stretch, yoga, or a tough workout!Â
