Hard to believe that the Summer season is coming to a close. While we may still have some beautiful, warm days left to enjoy before Autumn is here, it is time to get back to our routines. Back to school, back to schedules, back to a healthy lifestyle! I love to look at mother nature and the wild animals to find the beauty that lies within routine and regimens. Predictable and repeatable routines help our bodies and minds thrive, feel safe and accomplish more! I find that if I stick to my morning routine, I am able to stay focused throughout the day and eventually the routine becomes healthy habits. My morning starts with a stretch and my Trin8ty before I get my workout going. Waking up with Trin8ty grounds me and gets the day started. Here are some other fun ideas to create a morning routine:
Simply smile when you put your feet on the floor as you get out of bed! Start the day with a bed that is made, and a splash of water on the face. This wake-up routine makes sure you are starting the day fresh! Make your Clar8ty drink and take 5 minutes to read a few pages in a book to better yourself. Maybe it's a devotional, a bible, a book of Faith, a motivational book or a textbook that you are studying! Move your body for 20 minutes: walk, stretch, yoga, or a tough workout!
