Hi Friend November---my very favorite month. We all know that we should practice gratitude daily, but there’s something about Autumn, Thanksgiving, holiday traditions, and time spent with family that really brings gratitude to the forefront. It’s no secret. Daily gratitude practice CAN and WILL change your life. It is a magnet for miracles and even the smallest of miracles are worth being grateful for. I want to share with you my daily gratitude practice that has changed my life.
Step 1: Step out of bed and put on a smile on my face and say to myself “I am so grateful for another day to put my feet on the ground!”
Step 2: Mix up my Clar8ty drink and as I take my first sip, I remind myself how grateful I am to have such an awesome product to nourish my body and enhance my health
Step 3: Gratitude Journal: I write down 5 things that I am grateful for. Noticing the smallest of miracles is a perfect place to start. “I am grateful for my cozy bed that kept me warm all night”, “I am grateful for my health”, “I am grateful for my heart that works so hard to pump blood through my body”.
We all have so much to be grateful for, but we sometimes get distracted by life. By doing this first thing every day, we start our day in a place of thankfulness and joy. I encourage you to start a gratitude practice for the month of November. And after 30 days, it will become a habit that I promise, is worth keeping. Gratitude will change your life. Robin
