It is time to celebrate 2022!!

I am so excited to welcome the opportunity of a new year and fresh slate! I wanted to share a few of my resolutions that might inspire you too! My first is to receive each day in 2022 with a simple YES! Each morning. Yes to a positive attitude, yes to accepting miracles, yes to healthy choices that show my body, mind and soul love!

Second, I am going to equally embrace “NO!” each day in 2022. I am not going to think twice about saying “NO!” to demands that bring negativity into my life, events that don’t feed my being, and temptations that set me back.

My goal for 2022 is to stay true to myself and I am going to give myself the opportunity to make the right choice of saying Yes or No in each day. I hope you will join me. After all, every day is simply full of choices!

Lastly, I hope to focus on my “health”, but far beyond my physical body. The definition of health is not just free of illness, it is so much more. It is maintaining balance and harmony in mind, body and spirit. It’s LOVING yourself and treating yourself like you do!

Let’s make 2022 the year to cherish ourselves and choices we get to make every day. Put yourself first and see the magic that happens in your life!
