August is here! For some of you that means it’s time to gear up for a new school year, getting back into your routines. For others it may mean there are only a couple more months of warm sunny weather. Whatever category you fall into it is a great time to get back into routines and the importance of healthy habits.
Maybe the last few months you found yourself enjoying some nice cold ice cream, or at parties and picnics not eating quite as healthy as usual. There is no better time than now to start your healthy habits. Here are a few tips to get you going!
Making time for yourself each morning and evening for quietness to reflect and write in your gratitude journal. Have a water bottle with you all the time so you are hydrating your body regularly. Read for 15 mins a day. Exercise for at least 30 mins. a day. Last but not least take your Clar8ty products daily! I hope the tips set you on the path for a great month of health and peace. I am going to soak up every last ray of sunshine (Vitamin D) that Summer has to offer and hope you are too!Â
