Love is in the air this month!
Speaking of love, I am going to encourage you to find ways to fall in love with YOURSELF this month. The more you love and accept yourself, the more love you have to give your closest circle. There are layers to falling in love with yourself, but a few tricks that can start that process are:Ā
Wake up and tell yourself, āI Love MEā āI am a MIRACLEā! Write down or make a mental note of three things that you love about yourself: Your smile, your compassion for others, your work ethic, your outfit for the day, etc.Ā Use kind words when you talk to yourself throughout the day.Ā Feed your body nourishing healthy foods and Clar8ty products.Ā Add exercise as a top priority in your daily regimen---even just a 30 minute walk.Ā Spend a few minutes in a quiet space each day to think about your goals, aspirations and personal ambitions.Ā
