A few days ago I was online and saw a poster with this message written on it… “You have this one life. How do you wanna spend it? Apologizing? Regretting? Questioning? Hating yourself? Dieting? Running after people who don't see you? Be BRAVE. Believe in yourself. Do what feels good. Take risks. You have this one life. Make yourself proud.”
The reason I’m sharing the message on the poster with you is to remind you to be proud of yourself and take pride in making your health and well-being an important part of your life. You may have found that trying to please everyone and wanting them to be proud of you is tough to do. Not to mention it can derail your attempts at creating success.
The summer is racing by faster than a kid on a skateboard. Do you have a plan? Have you reviewed your goals lately? Isn’t it time to prepare for the last quarter of the year?
September marks the end of summer and the beginning of autumn. This is a great time of year to reap the fall harvest because the seeds you plant today will lay the groundwork for an abundant harvest.

Dr. Foudy opened his private practice in 1990 and he’s very active in the Mission Viejo community, lecturing to businesses and social groups on ergonomic and back care programs, proper posture and stretching techniques. He was voted Chiropractor of the Year in 1999 by the Chiropractic Leadership Alliance for his dedication to the sports teams and fundraisers he is involved in.
Dr. Foudy graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1989 and earned his Bachelors Degree in Human Sciences there in 1987.

"I had a problem with my arm/shoulder, upper bicep area for over a year to the point that I couldn’t lift my arm. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t even roll myself over in bed at night without tears.
I tried every kind of essential oil that I could think of, I tried wraps, I tried doctors, I tried prescription medication and nothing was working - in fact, it was actually getting worse.
My wife came to me one day and said: “I want you to try this product and see if it does anything for you.” So, I started taking Calibr8 and a couple of weeks later my wife asked me, “How is your arm doing?” I attempted to lift my arm and to my amazement, I had about 40-50% more mobility than I’ve had in over a year! I couldn’t believe it! After about 3 weeks of taking Calibr8, I had 75-80% mobility back and had considerably less pain when I would try to go past that point.
A little over a month after starting the product, I had zero pain and full mobility of my arm. I was able to lift weights, play tennis and even roll over in bed! After a couple of months, I realized that my low back problems had gone away and some issues I’d been having with my feet had disappeared. The fact that my job keeps me on my feet 10 hours a day, not having lower back and foot pain, has been wonderful!"
