Hello Fall! It’s time to focus in on the last few months of the year and create daily habits to create momentum and set yourself up for a HUGELY successful 2020!

Do the holidays take over your world? NOT THIS YEAR. Set your intention now, to stand tall like this tree, dig your roots in, and maintain daily practices and healthy living habits even during the holidays.
I encourage you to create 5 minutes for yourself every day to set an intention. Maybe your 5 minutes is spent recognizing 3 things to be grateful for and writing them down. Maybe your daily habit is to stop what you are doing and mindfully drink a glass of water. Maybe it’s a 30 minute walk with the dog without your cell phone. Decide what your daily habit for the last 90-days of 2019 will be and START NOW. All of these small, daily practices will change your world.
Want some great daily habits specifically for your Clar8ty business that have proven to be successful for me? Here they are:
- Talk to 1 person a day about Clar8ty.
- Comment on a single Social Media Post with words of affirmation to a colleague
- Touch base with 1 person and invite them to a 15/15 presentation (following up with a contact counts too).
- Write down your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals with your Clar8ty business and lifestyle. The more you write them down, the more you are going to focus on them, both consciously and subconsciously.

When you carry 25 pounds around that doesn't seem like alot but just imagine carrying a 15-pound dumbbell on each side of your hips all day and tell me that doesn't bother you. You move slower, you have less energy and you really don't sleep as well. After losing the weight I have had better nights sleep, more energy than before and really focused on the daily tasks at hand. If I can shed 25 pounds in 6 weeks, then anybody can do it! I was just going for a more fit me that allows me to feel better about myself and look better when I am around people.
