The other day a writer told me she felt overwhelmed by all the ideas she had, and not knowing what the ideas she wanted to share with the world, and also how to manage it all.
She didn't want one more journal to keep track of.
Then she asked me how I kept track of all my writing.
I thought about it for a moment and then I brightened and sat up straight. I grabbed my phone so I could show her.
"I love Scrivener," I said, tapping the screen, "for gathering my ideas and organizing my research and for writing my first draft."
I opend the app on my phone and showed her how I keep an editing journal and how I keep track of all my characters and all the world building notes.
I am not an affiliate for Scrivener, just love them. And yes, I have the iPhone and computer versions and they are synched.
What is your favorite go-to tool? Do you work with Scrivener?
If you don't and are curious, I recommend you check Scrivener out here.
