Writers, we spend time in our imaginations to serve our stories.

Did you know we can use our imaginations to serve ourselves too?

I invite you to ask yourself, "Self [insert your name here], what do you want, really want?"

Then experiment with experiencing your future as now.

Here's how to step into your future...

What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
Smell and taste like?
Sound like?

Take some time to daydream this stepping into a future with all the senses.

Then come back to the now.

Walk around. Let your whole self integrate.
