| Tips for Writing Inspiration & Self-Care

| | When I go to write a story about how things are going for this newsletter, what responsibility I take for those events, and the lessons I've learned, I'm struck with how my life is lived one second at time, one minute at a time, one hour at a time -- not much more than that.
Yes, I make plans, but the work, the writing, or the play, only happens in these small slices.
I learned from the self-care tips I share below that this kind of thinking is called chunking and is how I manage my life and have done so for a very long time.
Ezra and I are teaching our spring 60-Day Novel online course to an intimate class of six students. If you'd like to join us, you still can.
How are you doing? How are you managing your day to day? How's your writing or editing going?
Hit reply and let me know.
