| | I love the Winter Solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere -- the shortest day and the longest night.
I'm beckoned into the dark cave of my heart, to listen, to rest, and to plan and prepare for the new year. Ezra and I will do our annual list of accomplishments by the end of the year and I'm planning for 5 talks and workshops and the promotional campaign for Plan Your Novel Like A Pro.
We'll be in our hotel another few weeks, though repair work on our apartment is starting tomorrow. (Yay!!!!!) It will be so nice to home home again. (Though honestly home is where the cats, the honey, and the bed are -- which is the hotel for now. But not where my 1000+ books, office and baking supplies are. Or my compost or my patio plants. You know, the rest of my family.)
How about you? What does this time of year invite you to do, or be?

| Plan Your Novel Like A Pro
This book will help you get excited to plan your novel. The tools shared here are designed to spark your muse and give you confidence when you sit down to write your story. Plan Your Novel Like A Pro: And Have Fun Doing It! is for organic writers and pansters who want a roadmap to follow, so that they can let their creativity loose.
"I started reading it, and immediately stopped and started applying their steps to a novel I was prepared to throw away because I'd been unable to think of a way to revise it and make it meaningful. I'm now about 30K into the rewrite of that novel! As an added bonus, there is a workbook you can use alongside the book to make the process even easier!" -- Ann Shannon
