I'm back from traveling in the UK visiting family. I had a lovely time being away and getting that distance from -- everything.
While away, I also started the editing process on my current WIP and that feels so good. Every little step I take means I'm shaping this new story into the next better version of it.
Stepping away from my normal daily life also helped me think differently about how I've been running my business. New things coming!
Overall, I'm applying the artist's mindset of seeing anew.
As I enter the 18th year of my business helping writers (today is my business anniversary! Happy Bastille Day!), I am also noticing how far I've come, but more on that in a later newsletter.
