I'm writing you because you signed up to be a beta reader for one of my
stories, and I have one ready soon!

I'm writing to see if you'd like to be a beta reader on my next magical
contemporary romance novella, the fifth novella in the Touchstone Series,
and the second Christmas Elf tale. I just need three or four more beta
readers for this book.

I am sending my story, which is now just shy of 43,000 (it's a novel now!)
tomorrow midday Pacific time: September 9, 2015.

I'd love to get feedback by: October 1, 2015.

The turnaround time is just under 3 weeks.

DETAILS ABOUT THE STORY
Working Title: A Christmas Cupcake, A Christmas Elf novella (Touchstone
Series #5)

Logline: What if you risked losing your baking legacy by cooking up a love
truly special?

In this story, Florian MacMillian needs a final job to round out his baking
resume before he returns to the North Pole and takes his rightful place as
Master Baker to all the elves. Kate Delore desperately needs help in her
fast-growing cupcake business in the San Francisco area, both in the
kitchen and helping her with the lunch orders and birthday parties. Kate
hires Florian. He's excellent in the kitchen and great at customer service.
Having him around is godsend, but she hasn't made room for falling in love.
How will she manage it all?

Florian loves being around Kate. She keeps him busy. He's happy with elbows
in batter behind the scenes where he can’t blow things up with his unruly
magic. But when sparks fly between him and Kate, and his magic gets out of
hand, should he stay to risk whole legacy to cook up something truly
special?
