I love the fall season here in the Northern Hemisphere.
The start of school. The snappy freshness in the air. The chance to restart again my projects with a fresh perspective.
How about you?
If you're in the Northern Hemisphere on this beautiful blue marble, how do you feel about the fall?
If you're in the Southern Hemisphere, how do you feel about the start of spring?
One thing that I absolutely adore about writing fiction is that I get to play at being all these different characters.
I get to go deep into who they are and express parts of me that are very different than who I am in daily life.
Then I also love coming back to my relatively quiet and calm life.
Then I get to take what I learned on my daily writing adventures and share them with you!
Teacher and coaching is my other passion.
I love supporting and guiding other writers step into a deep sense of satisfaction with their stories - because...
You're writing.
You're editing.
You're showing up for the creative process.
I believe in you. I believe that your stories need to be told.
If you're stuck in any way, consider bringing more improv into your life!
Guess what? Improv is the topic of conversation with my podcast, Melissa Dinwiddie.
I love bring improv into my writing and my doodles.
