“When you're writing a book, you don't realize how much marketing is gonna fall to you.” - Linda Ulleseit
I met the writers of this historical fiction book marketing collective last year around this time at the Bay Area Book Festival.
I was so inspired by how they've come together to cross-promote and bring their books out into the world that i knew I wanted to share what they were doing with you.
Finally, I got the chance recently to interview them, and the result is a 3-part series.
The first part dropped this week - enjoy!
In Ep. 43 this week, "Paper Lantern Writers, A Book Marketing Collective, Part 1,” I chat with the founding members of the Paper Lantern Writer’s Collective.
They are Ana Brazil, Edie Cay, and Linda Ulleseit.
We discuss their inspiration behind forming the collective, the individual genres they write, and shared the many ways they help market each other’s novels.
