I Don't Know How But...

Hi Friend,

... I can learn.

And I love to learn.

But to fully integrate what I learn, I like to put it into action.

For example, with webinars I watch, I choose one action to do in the next day to the next week.

I do one small action that has a real-world result, which is important to help with integration.

For example, I'm reading articles about how people are using ChatGPT (sign up required) and fiction.
Then I implement them by playing with the tool. (I'll share more about that in next week's podcast episode.)

It's not enough to read or watch the new material. You need to make the new learning real for your whole self - body, mind, and spirit.

What can you do to put the material into real use in your life? How do you integrate the material?
