Would you like advice on finding new readers?
Do you ever wish you could get some marketing advice that was less about spreadsheets and charts, and more about community and connection?
I'm going to be speaking at a very interesting event this week, "Find Your Readers." It's an online summit for writers of all levels (whether or not you've finished your first book) to help you build your audience. The focus really is about finding your voice and building real relationships with other authors. It's a great fit for the kind of skills we teach at DIYMFA.
The event runs Friday, July 22nd to Monday, July 25th.
There are sessions on:
- sharing your stories as a newsletter - pitching agents - handselling your novel at events - hosting a virtual book event - new ways authors are making money
and many more!
The event has free and paid ticket options. You can actually watch the whole event live, for free, but it's also great to upgrade to the (very affordable) paid ticket.
