|
|
| | Welcome, new Creativity Sparks newsletter subscribers! ♥

Here we help you build your successful and sustainable fiction author career on your terms. We also focus on actionable resources to help you create the change you desire.
|
| | | | One of the ways I help you build a sustainable author career is to share resources with you, like this upcoming event on fiction marketing.
You've worked hard on making your novel, making the best it can be.
Now it's time to share it with the world.
Even if you're at the beginning stages of learning about book marketing, this event is for you.
I believe in learning the foundations of book marketing so you'll be nimble as the tools and methods of sharing fiction change.
Fundamentals never change, even though tools, social media, etc. do change. Like Twitter being bought out or Facebook changing its algorithms, yet again. Or a new, enticing trend in reaching your readers pops up.
When I was starting out in business and in marketing, I learned all I could, sifted through it to find what worked for me, and put what I learned in action right way.
I encourage you to do the same.
My colleague Brian Berni has just announced his latest project, and it's going to be a blast!
He’s pulled together SCORES of the most successful names in the publishing industry to share their best tips, strategies, and ideas when it comes to marketing works of fiction.
And it’s all coming to you FREE in Fiction Marketing Academy 2.0!
You’ll hear the latest and greatest from world-class writers and book-marketing experts like Kevin Tumlinson, Alex Newton, Mark Lefebvre, Tammi Labrecque -- plus many more! Including me. I'll talk about book launching.
WHAT: Fiction Marketing Academy WHEN: Monday, May 16 through Friday, May 20, 2022
I'm sure it’ll be a top-notch event.
Brian is bringing together the biggest names and most knowledgeable experts to share their best tools and tips and secret sauce.
And I'm offering you a free ticket! HERE
Here’s just a small sample of what you’ll learn during the summit sessions: Marketing for Authors Who Want to Hit the Market How to Create a Sustainable Book Launch Plan That Fits Your Brand and Your Life (This one's mine!) Growing Your Readership With Cross Promotions and Newsletter Swaps How the Publishing Market Really Works How to Drive New Release Sales with BookBub Plus much, much more!
If you’re ready to learn all you can about marketing your novel(s), this is the must-attend event of the year.
Not only will you be exposed to tons of new ideas and strategies, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect in real time with some of the most innovative and cutting-edge thinkers in publishing today.
I'll be live chatting during my pre-recorded conversation with Brian.
Join us for conversations with world-class thought leaders who are bringing their 100% when it comes to successfully marketing fiction -- and you can learn DIRECTLY from them! How cool is that!
Whether you’re a relative newcomer to book marketing or you’ve been at it for years, you’ll learn the exact strategies and tactics the pros are using on a daily basis.
The best way to improve a skill is to learn from the best -- not just the tactics and strategies, although those are useful -- but also the core beliefs that underpin these skills.

| I stand for peace and for freedom. I stand with the people of the Ukraine. A great great grandmother was from Odessa, a great great grandfather was from Chernivitsi, both immigrating to the United States in the 1880s. I also have a Russian Jewish great grandfather who immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1900s. And most of my other ancestors were from other parts of Eastern Europe -- the area being most affected by the over 20 million people fleeing the war zone.
