| Experiment with New Things
|

September 6, 2019
Oakland, CA
|
| | It’s fall over here in Northern California, back to school time, time for new and fresh things.
At least for me, anyway.
I love the back-to-school energy.
I'm also getting ready to deliver the first novel in my science fiction mystery series to beta readers and finalizing the cover.
There are more things brewing, but I'll stop here because I'd like to know about you.
What are you looking forward to or planning?
What would you like to learn or accomplish this fall?
When you picture yourself at the end of year, what would you like to look back on and say, “Look, I did this!” Or “I learned this!”
Sometimes that’s hard to see.
Another way of looking at this is: what frustrates me? What would I like to be different? What don’t I like, at all? What am I tired of?
I often know what I don’t want long before I figure out what I do want.
How about you?
What are you ready to let go of?
And what would you like?
Hit reply. I’d love to hear.

| Other Good News!
I'm starting a new feature of sharing good news and celebrations by our newsletter subscribers, blog contributors, and students and co-teachers at Barany School of Fiction.
So -- send me your news so I can include it in our weekly Friday newsletter.
♥
Congrats!
My husband and co-teacher, Ezra Barany has published his fourth book in his Torah Codes series, Bullets Aren't Kosher.
Have you ever woken up wondering where you were, who you were, and why you were wanted for murder?...
A man with amnesia is chased by the police for a crime he doesn’t remember committing.
As the evidence piles up against him, he must do all he can to clear his name before admitting to himself that he may be a cold-blooded killer after all.
(More vendors coming soon.)
One of our students, Keri Kruspe, science fiction romance author, has released a novella as a freebie to her newsletter subscribers.
"A SciFi romance inspired by the Ancient Alien theory - Yours FREE when you join my mailing list. Be the first to know updates on new releases and exclusive content - with fun facts on the life of a new author. PLUS - I'll share and recommend other great books for you to enjoy!"
♥
Reminder: Send me your news so I can include it in our weekly Friday newsletter.
