Resilience and solace through creativity....

When the going gets tough, in times of turbulence, I turn to my loved ones and also to my art and get to work on my novel.

Thinking about my character's problems takes me away from my world.

While I think about my character's world, needs and wants, and what other characters want, I find meaning and re-organize my internal landscape and come back to my daily life refreshed.
