Thanks for people's email replies about my request for help in connecting to female space industry founders for a project I'm working on. If you'd like to help, more details here (LinkedIn desktop link.)
Also, I'm offering you a copy of my ebook 7 Essential Keys to Planning Your Novel, in case you didn't get it in a recent giveaway I did via Bookfunnel.
Hit reply if you want a copy and I'm happy to send you a link to the Bookfunnel edition which allows you to download it in the digital format of your choice.
One more tip and this one is about book marketing.
The number one tool I've used to grow my reader list, and my author reach, and my fiction sales, are targeted specific giveaways like the ones that Bookfunnel helps me participate in.
I'm not a Bookfunnel affiliate, just a happy customer.
Ezra and I have 3 pen names between us, so we have two Bookfunnel Mid-List Author accounts and participate in 2-6 giveaways per month per account.
We each give away the first book in series in exchange for an email address.
Readers then get an email welcome sequence that gives them a taster of the author and the books.
In my welcome sequence, I like to ask questions for engagement and work hard to make sure readers know what they're getting.
That way the right readers stay on my list and those who realize it's not to their taste can go.
Just so you know, when I started out with Bookfunnel, I used their First-Time Author account, which was a great way to get started with the group promos. Pricing here.
