We have been working on a way to provide all website clients with access to ONE area/document that can be updated (rather than trying to update multiple documents for multiple clients).
We now have a solution! If you haven't already, please be sure to sign up for our Client Portal. To do so, please visit our website, at the top right, click "Client Portal."
What is the Client Portal? This is a Client Membership section within our website where clients can login to find helpful information such as: Company Guide Link (a guide that lists who manages what) How To Guides Section (i.e. Website Guides, Email Guides, etc.) And More
Where can the "How To" guide links be found? Once you are a Client Portal Member, you can click on your name at the top right, then click "My Account." You'll be able to view links under the "Personal Info" section: |
