Dear Friend,
It's been brought to my attention that the links didn't work in the previous email! The URL shortner isn't playing nice it seems. Not to worry! I've extended the sale of E-book Revolution until Monday the 17th and all the working links are now below!
Thanks for your patience!
Emily
Happy 2014 to you! I hope you had an amazing holiday season and are ready to kick start you writing and indie publishing this year. I spent much of the holidays recovering from my nanowrimo sprint (winner!) and preparing myself for a fun filled year.

***New Year Special***
Trying to find some unique marketing ideas? Or just trying to sort out this whole getting-your-e-books-online mess?
To help my subscribers kick start their success for 2014 I've reduced the price of my guide 'E-Book Revolution: The Ultimate Guide To E-book Success' to $2.99 from now until the 26th of January (My birthday!). After then the price goes back up to $5.99 so don't miss out! And I'm excited to say E-book Revolution is currently #10 on Kobo's Advertising & Promotions list, one of two on self-publishing in the top ten.
This book a booster to guide you through the self-publishing process or provide inspiration to an author who is lacking steam in the marketing department.
***Figuring out writing and publishing goals you can actually keep in 2014***
I’m not talking about those wishy washy goals you make like I’m going to stop eating chocolate.
I’m talking about figuring out what is most important to you and doing it.
As much as you’d like to think that you can manipulate outreach, you can’t. There is no lucky formula, you can’t grind up leprechauns and drink them in your tea to make your exposure equal to the amount of work you put in. But what you can specify is what gets completed at your end.
In this post I talk about how to make goals you can actually keep in 2014. And the first month of a new year seemed to be the best time to then share this, rather earnest and passionate rant with you.
This is my challenge to you in 2014 – To give your creative self a chance.
To give yourself permission to be an artist.
Life is too short to spend it doing something that isn’t rewarding. This video on releasing your inner creativity will show you how to get started.
Make this the year you finally call yourself a writer at dinner parties!
Warmly,
Emily
