Subject: What's so important that I'm violating my own rule, Friend?

NOTE: I LOVE having you on my newsletter list, but if you no longer want to receive emails from me, you can unsubscribe by tapping Unsubscribe at the bottom of this email

Although I truly love having you, I only want to send you emails if you're enjoying them and they're helping you.  Now, on to the good stuff...
Do you find that self-care is often the LAST thing on your to-do list?  You know that you need to take better care of yourself – and absolutely crave to. Yet you don't because there's just not enough time in the day (and honestly, you have very little energy).

If only you could clone yourself or give yourself a few (or ten) additional hours in the day.

Is that you, Friend?  If so, then I have something for you...

Introducing the Simple Self-Care 21-Day Challenge

If you’re often stressed and exhausted and seriously crave the ability to take better care of yourself yet can’t seem to find the time to do so, then this challenge is for you.

The challenge is designed to help you:
  • Discover what your biggest area of need is and EXACTLY what self-care techniques work best for you (because it isn’t one-size fits all).
  • Learn how to nourish your body, mind, and soul through simple + quick self-care practices that can be FIT INTO ANY SCHEDULE - even when short on time.
  • Put together a SIMPLE SELF-CARE PRACTICE for your mornings and evenings that makes you feel great yet can be done in just 10 minutes.
All of this delivered to you every morning in simple and bite-sized pieces.  Because it doesn't have to take a ton of time to take good care of yourself.

If you’re sick and tired of being sick and feeling tired and are ready to DO SOMETHING about it, then join the Simple Self-Care 21-Day Challenge. The challenge starts tomorrow and will be taking place in my Facebook Group, Soul-Savvy Professionals.

It's time to start taking care of you so that you can decrease your stress levels, increase your energy and productivity, and live a happier life.  Make no mistake, you deserve it.

Believing in you.

XO,

P.S. I don’t typically send emails out on weekends, but I’m violating this rule because I feel so strongly about offering you the ability to take charge of your life and take better care of yourself.  And honestly, with the recent death of my uncle I just couldn’t get this out before now.  So please accept my apology (and be sure to join the challenge).
