Subject: This might be controversial

What does it mean to be happy?

Do you have a choice?

What about when bad things happen that are out of your control? Do you STILL have a choice then?

And how about for those that suffer from depression or other mental illnesses? What choice do they have?

I believe that happiness IS a choice. For everyone. And yes, I know that can be controversial. But hear me out for a second...

It all boils down to how you define what happiness even is. Something I think most people get wrong.

Happiness isn't about feeling good all the time. It's about feeling content with who you are and the choices you've made.

And THAT is all on you, Friend.

No one can do that for you.

For more about how to choose to be happy (even redefine what happiness is), listen to this week's Life & Law Podcast episode >>>here.

This is an important topic. And the episode isn't long (only about 18 minutes). So do yourself a big favor and go listen to it.

XO,

Heather
