Subject: The real truth about finding happiness

NOTE: I LOVE having you on my newsletter list, but if you no longer want to receive emails from me, you can unsubscribe by tapping Unsubscribe at the bottom of this email

Although I truly love having you, I only want to send you emails if you're enjoying them and they're helping you.  Now, on to the good stuff...
Friend, are you happy?

Now, I'm not asking whether you're feeling good or happy right this moment.  And I'm not asking whether you're a positive person (because being positive isn't the same thing as being happy).

I'm asking if you're 100% truly HAPPY?  Are you content and satisfied, regardless of your circumstances?

If the answer is "no", then you're not alone.

It seems that most people are on a never-ending search for happiness.  And that's their problem.  They're searching for it.

Because you'll never find true happiness by searching for it.

If you want to be happy, the answer is actually pretty simple.

Now, before I hear from you telling me how NOT SIMPLE it is, let me explain something (actually, a few somethings):
  • simple and easy aren't the same thing (I know I've mentioned that before, but thought I'd bring it up again)
  • we humans have an incredible knack for making life way more complicated than it really is
  • even though it may not be super easy to be happy, it isn't as hard as most of us make it out to be (part of that is because we're confused about what happiness really is in the first place).
If you (like me and 99.9999999% of the rest of the human race) want to be happy, then go read my latest article about How to Redefine Yourself Into Happiness.  And I'm not talking about fleeting happiness that comes and goes.

I'm talking about lasting happiness - because you're fulfilled, content, and satisfied with who YOU are.  And because you accept and embrace life's messiness, have given up control over all the stuff you can't control and have taken control over the ONE THING you can control (which is, of course, YOU).

In this article, you'll learn:
  1. what happiness really is (so you can finally have a chance to be happy)
  2. how to be (and stay) happy (hint: you don't find it)
  3. where happiness comes from (and EXACTLY what to do to get it).
Once you've read the article, I want to hear from you.  What's one thing you need to do to start being happy?  Do you need to let go of something? Perhaps you need to accept the fact that you're human (and that's okay).  Just respond to this email and let me know (and I'll get back to you).

Here's to your happiness,
