Almost every major organization seems to have some sort of employee wellbeing program in place. Most big law firms certainly do (thanks to the dismal status of attorney wellbeing).
Which makes management feel like they are “doing something”.
But are they?
It’s impossible to know without asking (and answering) the question:
How effective are these programs?
Which hardly anyone ever asks because they (1) assume they’re working and (2) don’t know how to measure their effectiveness.
Which is why I invited Forensic Psychologist and Chief Clinical Officer of R3 Continuum, George Vergolias, onto the Life & Law Podcast to talk about this very thing.
Join me for an informative discussion around how organizations can measure the effectiveness of their wellbeing programs here.
Because putting a program in place isn’t enough.
XO, Heather
P.S. This is a question we humans don’t ask nearly enough, whether it relates to: Something personal (like a new diet or workout); Federal, state, & local initiatives and programs; or Work initiatives (like a wellness program).
