You know that question every child asks? The one you once asked yourself (a lot!) but one day stopped asking so much.
Because you were told to stop asking so many questions. And people stopped answering, too.
Was that a good thing?
Something I’ve noticed lately is how incurious adults have become. We accept what those inside of our bubble tell us. We deny information, facts and opinions from those outside the bubble. We rely on experts (inside our bubble, of course) to tell us how to live.
Without ever asking…Why?
And without even considering: You might wonder why this matters.
Well, I've also realized that there’s a connection between curiosity and: Autonomy. Fulfillment. Happiness
Which is why - this week on the podcast - I’m talking about how to cultivate the mindset of an explorer.
Explorers are curious, life-long learners who are comfortable with not knowing and changing their minds. This enables them to take calculated risks and seek out new opportunities.
Which leads them to higher levels of success plus happiness.
Ready to cultivate your explorer mindset, Friend?
