Subject: Stop your wandering mind

It happens all the time…

As you “play” with your toddler, you realize you’ve been running a client presentation through your mind (for at least the last 10 minutes).

You’re simultaneously “listening” to your teenager (who’s actually taking the time to tell you about their day at school) while thinking through an email that needs to go out in the morning.

[And have - maybe - understood half of what they’ve told you].

And as you meditate, your mind wanders at least 50 times (so, why even bother?).

Mind wandering.

No matter how hard you try or what you do, it still happens.

This is a frequent topic that comes up with clients. The good news is it rarely comes up more than once or twice.

Because you CAN stop your wandering mind, Friend.

I’m teaching you how in today’s podcast.
