Now, on to the good stuff...

On Tuesday, I gave you my #1 tip for being happy and fulfilled in life (to develop a growth-oriented, fail-forward mindset).

Aaaand then I got a few emails with requests for a few tips on how to start doing that.

Luckily, I've written extensively about these topics already, which is why I'm back in your email inbox for a 2nd time this week. Many of these articles are oldies, so you might not have read them before (or maybe you have yet need a refresher).

Here's what's required if you want to start developing the right mentality:

⇒⇒ Get "comfortable" with your fears (of the unknown, failure, success, etc.).

Most people try to ignore their fears (or even pretend they don't exist), which has the opposite effect of what you want.  And sometimes fear shows up in inconspicuous ways (such as a belief that you're not ready yet or are too old).
⇒⇒ Let go of trying to control all the stuff you can't.

Humans are funny - we try to control so much that's out of our control (other people and the world around us) yet don't take control of the one thing we can (our mind).
Each article contains actionable tips to help you start developing a mentality grounded in strength and resilience, which is the KEY to creating a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.

And if you're ready to take it further, don't forget to apply for. . .

If you didn't read Tuesday's email and have no idea what this Mastermind is about, go here to find out more.

As I've said many times, self-care is first and foremost about developing the right mindset (your mental health is dependent on it).

Adopting the right mentality is how to make self-care an act that feels almost effortless.  That's why we'll be focusing on how to develop it in the Mastermind.

It's what will empower you to set + enforce boundaries so that you can actually prioritize your own well-being (which is what self-care is all about).  And it will also keep stress levels low by helping you to prevent it, plus be more resilient to it.

This is a friendly reminder that Mastermind spaces are limited and you only have until end of day FRIDAY to apply.  I'll be personally reaching out to some folks I know would be perfect for this experience next week and need to know ASAP who else has interest.

This isn't going to be the right fit for everyone, so we must chat first (and I want you to get your questions answered before making a commitment).

Perhaps this isn't what you need right now.  But it might just be the thing you need to. . .
  • feel calm and in control of your life,
  • be less emotionally reactive, and/or
  • achieve your big goals without losing yourself in the process.
Go here to apply now (you'll answer a few quick questions and then be taken to my scheduler to pick a time to chat):

XO,

P.S.  The Mastermind will be life-changing, so if it's calling to you apply now.
