In my experience, most professionals are highly stressed - some chronically so (and that's especially the case this time of year). Yet very few do anything about it.
I'm familiar with all the so-called reasons. . . too busy, not enough time for it, no energy, feeling overwhelmed, and so on.
But these are just BS excuses!
