As mentioned earlier this week, I'm about to go Live to take you step-by-step through my "Fear Formula". In this quick (but powerful) training, I'll walk you through the 5-steps of moving beyond fear (especially of the unknown) so you can go BIG and stop allowing fear to control you.

Although I outlined this formula for you on Tuesday, sometimes it makes more sense when using an example. So, that's what I'll be doing today. I'll take you step-by-step using a real-life example (from yours truly) so that you can see exactly how to put the formula to use.
