Last week, you got my top tips for increasing your influence at work. [Missed it? See the Podcast Catch-Up Section below].
Today, I want to expand on that by bringing you a special guest...
Introducing Allison Stewart, a 6th year litigation associate in private practice who started her own podcast (just a couple of years after she started her legal career).
Allison is the perfect example of how to make your own space to become more influential at work. She didn't just start a podcast, but was able to get interviews with high-level executives and partners (she didn't know) as a young associate.
The truth is that you don't become influential by waiting until you have more experience under your belt. You do so by acting (before you feel ready).
XO,
Heather
P.S. Are you an attorney in private practice looking to exponentially increase originations without increasing stress (but instead doing less, not more)?
Upon request, I've extended the number of masterminds I'm putting together.
