Subject: Did you see this, Friend?

I usually don't resend prior messages. But because...

...ADHD is such a big issue in my clients (and many high-achievers).

...You may not have seen this (given the holidays).

...This is an amazing opportunity for anyone with ADHD.

I wanted to send this your way again (it might be the only time I ever do this).

Did you know that 11.4% of U.S. children (ages 3-17) and 5% of U.S. adults have been diagnosed with ADHD (with half of the adults having been diagnosed in adulthood)?

Did you also know that a whopping 12.4% of lawyers report having ADHD (yep, we attorneys suffer from ADHD at more than twice the rate of the general population)?

This is why I was an immediate “yes” when asked to join the Making ADHD Your Genius™ summit hosted by Tracey Bromley Goodwin, an ADHD and Executive Function Coach.

If you have ADHD (or think you could) and:

  • Feel burnt out facing the challenges of ADHD;

  • Spend a lot of time masking your ADHD; and/or

  • Are frustrated that the many strategies you have tried just aren’t working;

This summit is for you.

Because it’s time to get out of survival mode.

How?

By creating new habits using time-tested strategies and tools that are scientifically proven to work for those with ADHD.

Interested (or at least curious), Friend?

Here are your need-to-know details:

  • The summit is a series of podcasts (each between 30-40 minutes long) released over a 10 day period, beginning December 31st.

  • The sessions are pre-recorded so you can listen on your own time (with the option for lifetime access if you want it).

  • Topics covered will include: productivity, leadership, health, business growth and (of course) ADHD-specific strategies for making ADHD your genius.

And the best part? Every expert (including yours truly) will have a free gift to help you take what you’re learning inside of the summit to the next level.

Grab your spot inside of the summit here.

Let me be clear…

This is not about yet another productivity tool (that doesn't work well for folks with ADHD).

It’s about the top strategies and practices for Making ADHD Your Genius™ so that you can step into your leadership potential, break free from procrastination, and block out distractions.

XO,

Heather

P.S. I almost never promote other people’s stuff but agreed to this event (and promotion of it) because:

  1. I’ve seen how frustrating ADHD can be for many of my clients, and

  2. Each guest has been vetted by a trained ADHD and Executive Function Coach.
