Subject: An essential ingredient to success & balance

Working too much. . . yet still struggling to get everything done?

Spending too much time doing things you don't want to be doing (and very little time doing the things you actually want to do)?

You're in good company (in my experience, most dedicated high-achievers are in this club at some point of their careers - including yours truly).

The problem? It's not sustainable. [And also not fun, so. . . what's the point?]

What can you do about it?  Revisit and reset your boundaries (because that's the real problem).

I know what you're thinking Friend.  Sounds great but. . .
  • I can't say "no" to clients.
  • I don't have a choice.
  • Not now, I'll get to it after [insert latest reason why it's got to wait].
The thing is, these are all just fear-based excuses (around being judged, making someone mad and so on).

It's time to face your fears head-on and start setting strong boundaries that you feel good about.  And this week's Life & Law Podcast is designed to help you do just that.

Join me here to find out why setting boundaries is one of the most essential ingredients to having both success and balance (at the same time). You'll learn:
  • What boundaries really are (hint: they're not about saying "no").
  • The reasons why boundaries are so important to your success.
  • How to determine when (and where!) you need stronger boundaries.
And more (like my simple framework for saying "no" with confidence and grace).

XO,

Heather

P.S. Boundaries are the #1 tool for prioritizing what's important to you (which is what makes them essential). Find out how to set and enforce yours here.
