Subject: 3 ways to reduce stress (right now)

I kept going back and forth between thoughts of "Heather, you can do this" to "OMG, this is madness."

I was in the middle of my busiest season, and was beginning to recognize the warning signs that meant I'd soon fall into a stress spiral if I didn't do something about it. . .
  • knots in my shoulders,
  • a tightness in my belly,
  • the beginning twinge of a soon-to-be headache.
And of course, the back-and-forth mental ping-pong within my mind.

I've mentioned before that scheduling short breaks throughout the day is a great way to reduce (and even prevent) stress - especially when busy.

But what should you do during those breaks?

As we wrap up the Life & Law Podcast summer series, that's exactly what we're getting into today.

Using these tools will do more than just calm your mind, Friend.

They'll help you to break free from the stress response so that you can quickly get back on track. And bonus: the episode is only 14 minutes long (so there's no excuse to not listen).

XO,

Heather

P.S. Would you rather watch paint dry then meditate (because your mind constantly wanders and it takes too long)? Then today's episode is perfect for you.

You'll learn 3 quick ways to effectively reduce stress that don't require you to make your mind go blank.  Have a quick listen >>>here.
