Although I truly love having you, I only want to send you emails if you're enjoying them and they're helping you.  Now, on to the good stuff...

So, you’re intelligent and successful.  And if you’re anything like my high-achieving clients (and I think you are), then you likely believe that you’re plenty self-confident too.

But are you?  What if I told you that you’re not self-confident enough?

What if I told you, Friend, that you could be doing more to build and maintain your self-confidence?

Here’s the thing: self-confidence must be actively maintained.  As you keep progressing in your career and climbing up that corporate ladder, you're going to be challenged and tested.

With new challenges bring new opportunities.  But those new opportunities and challenges can work against your self-confidence if you're not careful.  I've seen this happen first-hand (including to yours truly).

And that’s why it’s vital to ensure that you’re doing what’s necessary to keep building your self-confidence no matter how you currently feel.

Being self-confident goes waaaaaay deeper than feeling good about an upcoming speech or being willing to take on something new.  It’s about trusting in YOURSELF.

And I’ve got to tell you, if you sometimes find yourself…
  • second-guessing decisions
  • thinking that there's GOT to be more to life than this (yet not sure what THAT happens to be)
  • unable to prioritize your own self-care
  • feeling like you have no control over your life
  • comparing yourself, your life, your successes to that of others
you MUST read How to Keep Building Self-Confidence as a High-Achieving Professional.  Because ALL of the above are signs that your self-confidence isn’t as high as it could be.

But there's good news: you can absolutely do something about that.

Once you've read the article, would you do me a favor and SHARE the article with your friends, family, and colleagues via LinkedIn and Facebook?  I’ve made it super easy for you – just click the share button at the top or bottom of the article.
