I hope you had a great Easter!

I'm currently on the sofa recovering from a BJJ tournament yesterday.

I placed 4th out of 18 people with some tough fights.

To say I'm aching is an understatement.

Hopefully some Easter eggs will help with the recovery process!

I'll be sending out emails like normal from next week.
