Last month my client launched one of their most ambitious products to date.
It's a supplement that helps people slow muscle mass decline as they age.
And from hours of research, there's nothing out there like it.
But, despite it being unknown, my client generated over $13,000 in just 3 launch-day emails.
Here's how.
To make this easier for you to read, I'm going to break this down into 3 sections
1. Prelaunch
2. Launch
3. Post Launch
Feel free to skip to any section that suits you! (Though I'd recommend going through everything)
1. Prelaunch
Before selling anything, I had to create awareness around the problem and the new solution.
I did this with 5 prelaunch emails.
The initial email was sent one week before the launch, and hinted at something new on the way.
After this, I sent four more emails:
Email 1: Highlighted the customer's main pain point and how there are currently no simple solutions to muscle mass decline.
Email 2: Introduced the product as an exciting new solution.
Email 3: Outlined the product's main benefits and one review from an early tester.
Email 4: Sent the day before launch as a reminder.
2. Launch Day
Launch day was a big success
I sent 1 email in the morning announcing the product release.
A banner was also launched on the website, which took people to the product.
In total, we generated over $7,000 in one day.
3. Post Launch
During the same week as the launch, I sent 2 more emails.
Email 1: Reminded the customer of the product's benefits.
Email 2: Highlighted additional reviews from early testers that tackled objections.
These two emails, alongside the initial launch email generated almost $14,000 for my client...
Their biggest ever launch.
The week after I sent a message from the founder thanking the customer base.
Since its launch, the new product has already become a best seller and has over 50 positive reviews.
I've continued to promote it to the point where it almost sold out completely...
And my client couldn't be happier.
I've used this email launch process with several clients in the past, and it's always a big hit.
The keys are:
1) Create hype during the presale process
2) Have a deep understanding of your ICP
3) Continue to remind people after the launch
Give this a try for your clients, and you'll completely outperform their previous launches.
Have a great week,
