Cut Outs! This month our designers enjoyed creating with our very popular Cut Outs during an entire week of inspiration! They are an actual product vs our weekly Cut File Designs that can be downloaded in Silhouette and Lori Whitlock. They are a quick way to add detail to your projects and layouts and are so easy to use! No die cutting machine? No problem!
