Sean Coultis has been running his 4-3 Quarters defense for years. First as a Defensive Coordinator at Bolingbrook High School in Illinois then as a head coach at Evansville Central in Indiana. Coultis's teams are known for strong defense. He believes in staying in one front, keeping his defense simple for his players so they can play fast. He knows this D inside and out and knows how to teach it. One of Chiefpigskins best on the 4-3 defense.
